One or two weeks ago, we made a lot of Ngoh hiong for our entire village 😂😂 as we had a lot of prawn heads from then, we decided to use them to make Fried Hokkien Noodles for lunch today. My hubby use 7 eggs for 3 of us 肥死啦!he also made crispy pork lard from scratch just so to make our noodles more yummy 😋
